Mastering Your Mindgame of Riding
Our minds play a huge role in our lives and even more so when we choose to team up with a sensitive, sentient, expert non-verbal communicator such as a horse.
Our thought patterns and actions are amplified and mirrored back to us by our horses – sometimes we like what we see, sometimes not so much…
The only thing we can control is our inner world – how we respond circumstances and the meaning we make of them. Are you interested in exploring your inner world for the good of your riding?
It will be my pleasure leading you through:
>setting clear riding goals – getting your head (think), heart (feel) and butt (do) into alignment
>how your mindset can help, harm and hinder you achieving your goals
>tools to ensure your mindset supports rather than sabotages your riding
>exploring your learning and leadership styles and how this impacts your horse
>your horse as teacher – utilising it’s ability to amplify & mirror what’s working and what isn’t
>how your relationship with yourself affects your relationship with your horse
>find your individual ‘Goldilocks’ zone where everything is ‘just right’
>so much more…
It’s going to be fun, focused and fruitful for your riding success – whatever success means for you and your horse.
This is not going to be a ‘sit & listen’ session – it will interactive and personal and will provide many ‘ah-ha’ moments as to why you do what you do & how to change it if what you do is not serving you and your horse’s mutual joy.
This is suitable for adults in all levels and disciplines of riding.
Numbers are limited to 6 people so be in quick.
